Congratulations to the entire team of Sitefinity in the USA and Bulgaria for releasing the new update for Sitefinity 15.1

We just upgraded our web site to the latest version and taking advantage of all the new features in 15.1 especially on the ASP.NET 8 side.

The update of the CMS and the ASP.NET 8 frontend took less than 20 minutes for both apps including the update to the nuget packages in Visual Studio and the deployment to Azure Web App services.  Very smooth!

Widget Selector

I really like the new ASP.NET 8 widget selector in 15.1 where you can add widgets without loosing sight of your core page, form or template.

AI Classification

Also all the new AI features out of the box integrating with Azure OpenAI Services now enable content editors to efficiently tag existing content using classification for Tags and non-hierarchical taxonomies.
